NOT THERAPY is a one-woman improvised show. Dr. Rao does a deep dive into problems, hers and yours, using the audience as a community to brainstorm through our daily struggles (cause we’re all in this together!). She brings together her experience in communications coaching, teaching artistry, peace building, musical improvisation, Shakespeare, and mindfulness and yoga and… and…- to say something and do something to support you and herself.
